Shipping & Returns
Standard shipping is US postal service first class insured. Once the jewelry is made and ready to ship, you can expect delivery in 3-5 business days. Remember all pieces are handcrafted so please allow 1-4 weeks to create your special piece depending on your order, how many orders we have and how many festival we have lined up!
Purchases up to $100 will be shipped for $4 with tracking. Purchases $100-$200 are shipped insured for $6.00. Purchases $200-$300 are shipped insured for $8. $1 insurance fee is added per each $100 over $300.
To request shipping options such as express, overnight or international, please contact us before purchasing for details.
We guarantee the quality of our workmanship and will make repairs free of charge for 6 months from the purchase date. Returns and exchanges are allowed up to 30 days after the date we ship.
For returns, exchanges and repairs, please contact us before sending the item in the mail. When sending an item back to us, enclose a note with your name, address, email address, phone number and instructions to repair, refund or exchange to
